Summary

NAJAD 373 (PROJECT BOAT). This is a rare to the market project Yacht that will be a very rewarding experience once she is completed. The Najad was built in 2000 and had a fire in the forward section of the vessel. As the pictures show this has caused fire and heat damage to the internals and some to the external port side and deck head. The internals of the vessel have been removed from the Yacht and are available. Some of them are damaged and some are not, These will require inspection and the Yacht is sold as is. The Yachts mast, boom, rigging is also supplied. The engine is a Yanmar 4JHe 4 Cylinder Diesel that is in the Yacht and can be seen running. It will require servicing and maintenance. It is fitted with an array of navigation and domestic equipment that is untested and is being sold as seen. There is no survey or inventory so on site inspections are welcomed.
