40FT Narrow Boat Bage. Fire damaged , The fire was from a near by boat that damaged this one. This boat did not sink however the heat damage has warped the roof. The engine is a diesel and will run. There is no survey available and no inspection has been carried out. On site viewings are welcome. The buyer must remove the boat from the marina as we require the berth space.
